These are updated regularly and we suggest that you keep updating by examining the links periodically. These recommendations are based on what “science” knows today, they are not perfect. With more data and more analysis science is improving.
You will update your lifestyle data as regularly as you wish. You might update all questions, some or none. However, we believe that accurate reporting will provide a more accurate and better analysis.
Initially, our report will show how far your lifestyle parameters are from consensus recommendations. Your data will be anonymized and your data and data from other anonymous users will be analyzed by machine learning, to develop a model based on many users that measures the impact, that lifestyle changes have on the “epigenetic clock”. In time, as more data is accumulated, the model will be used on your lifestyle data and will be shared with you.
Register and obtain a password and your private key either on web or App. Your password will allow you to enter data and read and download reports of the test and questionnaires. Your data will be encrypted as you are the only one who has access to your data through your password and private key. The kit will be sent to you by express mail.
Scan or enter the unique barcode included in your kit. Enter the password and register your kit either on the app or web.
Collect saliva into the collection tubes following the instruction.
Send the kit back in the provided envelope.
Once the sample is received back from you the results will be available about 4-5 weeks later

If you provide your age our system will provide you with an an analysis of how you are doing compared to the normal median as well as the range for 95% of the population.

You will be notified by email once your epiaging test is completed. You can also check whether your test was completed by logging in.
Once the test is complete you will receive the results and live analysis of your life data to your App.
